4. Sellers

To become a Seller on ID Brick, you must:

4.2 Responsibilities

Sellers must:

  • Deliver orders on time.
  • Communicate promptly with Buyers.

5. Buyers

5.1 Eligibility

Buyers must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
  • Provide accurate information for orders.

5.2 Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for:

  • Providing clear instructions and necessary information for the service.
  • Making timely payments for orders.

6. Orders

6.1 Placing Orders

  • Buyers place orders through the ID Brick platform.
  • Orders must include detailed requirements and any relevant materials.

6.2 Order Fulfillment

  • Sellers must fulfill orders according to the agreed timeline and specifications.
  • Any revisions or modifications must be communicated through ID Brick.

7. ID Brick Logo Maker

The ID Brick Logo Maker allows Users to create personalized LEGO-themed logos. This tool is available to both Buyers and Sellers, enhancing the creative process and ensuring high-quality results.

8. User Conduct and Protection

8.1 Prohibited Conduct

  • Users must not:

    • Engage in fraudulent activities.
    • Use ID Brick for illegal purposes.
    • Harass or discriminate against other Users.

8.2 Protection Measures

  • ID Brick implements security measures to protect User data.
  • Users should report any suspicious activity or breaches to ID Brick immediately.

9. User Generated Content

Users may submit content such as reviews, feedback, and portfolio examples. By submitting content, Users grant ID Brick a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display the content for promotional purposes.

10. Ownership

All intellectual property rights related to the services and content provided on ID Brick remain with the original creators or licensors. Users retain ownership of their creations but grant ID Brick the right to display and promote their work.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
