ID Brick is an online platform that connects service providers with clients who need their services. Similar to a digital marketplace, clients can browse various services, place orders, and work directly with sellers to complete their projects.
For Clients:
- Browse services by category or search for specific tasks.
- Select a service and place an order.
- Communicate with the seller to finalize project details.
- Once the service is delivered, confirm the order and leave a review.
For Sellers:
- Create a profile and list your services (called “Gigs”).
- Receive and manage orders from clients.
- Deliver completed work within the agreed timeframe.
- Get paid once the client approves the order.
Creating an account on ID Brick is free for both buyers and sellers. However, ID Brick charges a service fee on transactions. Sellers may also incur fees when withdrawing their earnings, depending on the payment method chosen.
For Clients
You can search for services by category, keywords, or by browsing top-rated sellers. Use filters to narrow your search based on delivery time, price, and seller ratings.
Once you’ve found a service you want to purchase:
- Click on the service.
- Review the details and pricing options.
- Click “Order Now” or contact the seller for a custom offer.
- Complete the payment process.
Your order will then appear in your account dashboard, where you can communicate with the seller.
Yes, orders can be canceled under specific conditions:
- Before work starts: Contact the seller to mutually agree on a cancellation.
- After work starts: If the service is not delivered as promised, you may open a dispute for review.
If the seller fails to deliver the order within the specified timeframe:
- You can choose to extend the deadline by mutual agreement.
- Alternatively, you can request to cancel the order and receive a refund.
Our team may step in to resolve disputes if necessary.
Refunds are possible in the following cases:
- The seller did not deliver the service.
- The delivered service does not match the agreed-upon terms.
Refunds are issued to your ID Brick account as credits.
For Sellers
- Create an account and complete your profile.
- List your services by providing detailed descriptions, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Once your Gigs are live, clients can start placing orders with you.
There’s no limit to your earnings on ID Brick. You set your own prices for your services. Keep in mind that ID Brick takes a commission on each transaction.
Payments are released to your ID Brick account after the client approves the delivered work. You can withdraw your earnings using one of the available payment methods, such as:
- Bank transfer
- PayPal
- Other local payment options
Withdrawal times may vary depending on the method chosen.
In case of a dispute:
- Communicate with the client to resolve the issue amicably.
- If no agreement is reached, either party can escalate the dispute to ID Brick’s support team.
- Our team will review the case and provide a resolution based on the platform’s policies.
Yes, you can temporarily pause your Gigs if you need a break or are unable to take on new orders. Pausing a Gig will hide it from search results but won’t affect ongoing orders.
Account and Security
- Click on the Sign Up button on the homepage. You can register using your email address, Google, or social media accounts. Once registered, you can customize your profile and start using the platform.
Unfortunately, usernames cannot be changed once your account is created. Choose your username carefully during registration.
If you wish to close your account, you can do so via your account settings. Note that deleting your account is permanent, and all your data, including your Gigs and earnings, will be lost.
